How pickup works
Your driver waits at your hotel reception. Be there 10 minutes before your slot; pickup time is set by your area (Nungwi and Paje leave earlier than Stone Town).
A 25% deposit is non-refundable and holds your equipment and guide. The remaining 75% is paid in cash on pickup in USD, EUR or TZS. Want to pay the rest by card? Just send us a message and we will send you a payment link. Card payment must be completed at the latest the day before your trip — on the day of the trip the rest is cash only (USD, EUR or TZS).
