How pickup works
Early pickup from your hotel reception — we confirm the exact time once your flight slot is issued.
A 25% deposit is non-refundable and holds your equipment and guide. The remaining 75% is paid in cash on pickup in USD, EUR or TZS. Want to pay the rest by card? Just send us a message and we will send you a payment link. Card payment must be completed at the latest the day before your trip — on the day of the trip the rest is cash only (USD, EUR or TZS).
